Primary Duties

Prep and set up bar for efficient service. Clean, re-stock, and communicate shortages and needs.

Execute drink menu items accurately and consistently, ensuring a flawless guest experience.

Design and test new menu items and drink features.

Coach and train bar & service staff on impeccable execution.

Assist with periodic inventory, costing, and product ordering.

Other duties as assigned.

Required Skills

Strong attention to detail. Performs every task with accuracy and pride.

3-5 years of experience in upscale bartending and crafting drink menus.

Impeccable customer service skills, positive attitude, outgoing personality, and ability to thrive under pressure.

Organization and efficiency. Work clean and be very attentive to the overall presentation of the bar area.

Valid and current ProServe.
