Kids Reiki One Workshop. Medicine Hat

Two Mornings: Wed Aug 13 & Thurs Aug 14th 

Reiki is a fantastic self care tool, that can be used by everyone! Reiki helps with anxiety, hyperactivity, insomnia, behavioral issues, worrying and overthinking, and much more. Reiki assists in welcoming in peace and ease, comfort, relaxation, reflection, grace, mindfulness, regulation of the nervous system, overall wellness. There are endless possibilities with having Reiki by your side. 

This class is based on the traditional Usui Principles, and has been designed and updated specifically for children around ages 8-12. This workshop will be taught by Reiki Master Teacher, Shauna Pow. 

Shauna is an associate member of the International Center for Reiki Training, and the Reiki certifications in Shauna's classes are officially accepted between lineages. 

This class will take place in Medicine Hat, AB At Nirvana 101 Wed Aug13th 10am - 1pm   AND   Thurs Aug 14th10am - 1pm

The class fee is $175 a deposit of $100 is required to hold a spot in this class.
