A playful, magical week for kids to explore energy, emotions, and inner peace—designed especially for sensitive, spirited, and curious souls! Each day features hands-on activities, guided experiences, and tools to help kids connect to themselves and the world around them. 

Aug 5 - 🕊️ Calm Kids! 

Body, Mind, Emotion check-in. Nervous System work for better focus, attention, sleep. Awareness & Mindfulness Techniques 

Aug 6 - ⚡️Energy Care Kids! Learn to Ground-Balance-Center. Earthing. Body Movement. Breathwork. De-Stress. Decompress. Protect your Energy 

Aug 7 - 🌈 Chakra Kids! Learn about the 7 main energy centers, and how to work with them. Using your natural senses. Colors, Sounds, Scents, and more 

Aug 8 - 🔮Crystal Kids! Learn the properties of crystals. How to use them. How to clear, cleanse, charge & program your crystals.
