Our Longhorn is lean, flavorful, and frozen fresh, making it a healthy and delicious choice for your next meal. Texas Longhorn cattle are known for their naturally lower fat content, high levels of iron, zinc, and B12, and rich flavor that’s perfect for grilling, roasting, or simmering into a stew.
