In 2004, Fox began operations in Redcliff, Alberta. Its pupose was to offer safety related products and services capable of helping its customers overcome their workplace safety challenges. Under the guidance of their simple mission; to create exceptional customer value and deliver an extraordinary experience, the company set out to introduce their new business model which provided it's customer with a Help Desk vs. a traditional Order Desk.
