Nestled in the green coulee of Medicine Hat, Cottonwood Coulee is an 18 hole executive style golf course. Opened in 1993, Cottonwood Coulee is a one of a kind course with a rich history. It was designed by golf architect Harold Pasechnik. Seven Person’s creek runs through the landscape where the area was formally referred to as Woolfrey Coulee. Prior to becoming Cottonwood, Woolfrey Coulee was a popular gathering spot for visitors and residents of the Gas City. The area was well known for its abundance of beautiful cottonwood trees.
