With over 6000 staff on bases, wings, units and at headquarters in Ottawa, CFPFSS operates with a fundamental principle in mind: the customer comes first. We ensure that our customers; the CF Regular and Reserve Force members, retired and former CF members, military families, Department of National Defense employees, Non-Public Fund (NPF) employees, and RCMP personnel, receive the morale and welfare programs, services and activities they deserve. Programs and services are provided in a variety of areas including Military Family Services, National and International Sports, Physical Fitness, Human Performance Research and Development, Recreation, Health Promotion, Deployed Operations, Deployment Support, Mess Management, Corporate Sponsorship Development, Financial Services, Retail Stores, and Food Services.
