The Mustard Seed has partnered with local chef Carl Augostino of Shooting Star Events, Coop Medicine Hat and local food producers to put together a Harvest Vegetable Soup kit! We all know meal kits are all the rage, but this one is created locally and will help to support food insecurity right in Medicine Hat! Saturday, October 3rd from 12:00-4:00pm The Mustard Seed, 503A Allowance Avenue, Medicine Hat 

How it works: 

1.Order your Soup Kit for $20.00. This recipe is Gluten Free, Dairy Free, and Vegetarian. The kit includes the recipe, all ingredients required, and admission to our mini farmers market with a tour of The Mustard Seed! 

2.Choose if you would like to add on additional baked goods 

3.Choose your pick up time to ensure for safe social distancing Come on over at your allotted time!

The Mustard Seed Medicine Hat serves 700 weekly and is in the middle of a significant kitchen renovation to prepare for a challenging winter season.
