Action Land Consultants (2001) Ltd. was founded in 2001 by Marcel Nadeau and was primarily a land consulting business serving southern Alberta and south west Saskatchewan. The company later changed its name in 2010 to Action Land & Environmental Ltd. Around this time Marcel decided to slow things down and step back.

In 2016 Action Land & Environmental Ltd. merged with Grasslands Environmental Inc. and Action Land & Environmental Services Ltd. was created. The merge created an expansion of the environmental proponent of the company. We grew quickly with the merge and outgrew our original office space just off highway 3 and moved to our grander location in Dunmore.
