Description: Upon completion of this 4 hr course, Participants will know and understand: Working at heights legislative requirements Employer and Employee responsibilities Fall hazard awareness Types of fall protection systems and system selection: fall arrest and fall prevention Components of a fall protection system Equipment specifications, limitations, care and inspection Learning about anchor points and selection, connectors, and full body harness Training includes warning lines, lifelines and safety nets How to properly adjust and fit a harness Hand on equipment inspection and weight transfer (tripod test) Methods of fall protection planning and hazard control Demonstration on completing a fall protection plan including clearance and free fall calculations Rescue planning and preparedness Participant Requirement: Certificate Expiry:36 months Cancellation Policy: F&S Safety Buzz has a 24 hour cancellation policy.
