Good meeting management is important for success at boards, corporations, associations, not for profit organizations; in fact for everyone! Robert’s Rules of Order is a commonly used authority on meeting management, but it can be intimidating to keep track of who, what, when and how to make a meeting fair and effective. This course will help you participate in and lead meetings using the most common rules and procedures covering attendance, motions, debate, decision making, elections and minutes. Discover how satisfying and productive a well run meeting can be, and have fun learning! Participants will be provided with a copy of Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised In Brief, 2nd edition.
