Since our establishment in 1995, our team at Brost Developments have prided ourselves in showing customers what a wonderful experience building their custom home can be. Our intention is not to be the biggest builder, but strive to be the best! Through the years, Brost has earned much success with our approach to building personalized homes, offices, and other projects, that are tailored to meet the unique needs of our clients.

Our experience ranges from project management of the all phases of the Chinook Village complex, renovations of numerous professional offices throughout Medicine Hat, and as of the Fall 2018, we were proud to have started construction on our 209th home. A number of skilled and trained employees have joined our team over the years and are committed to bringing you the highest level of workmanship that we have earned a reputation for.
