Shortgrass Library Systems is one of seven Regional Library Systems in the Province of Alberta. Shortgrass Library System is a service-oriented non-profit organization and is registered as a charitable organization with the Canada Revenue Agency. 

Shortgrass provides many services to public libraries in Southeast Alberta, including: Integrated Library Systems, centralized ordering/cataloguing/processing. IT infrastructure & support, consultation, programming kits, interlibrary courier system and much more.
