From strategic research and analysis to operations management and assisting in funding opportunities, SB Consulting’s mission is to create solutions that work for my clients to help their businesses and organizations grow and thrive.

SB Consulting launched in 2019 after Shannon Bergstreser completed her Bachelor of Business Administration Degree from Mount Royal University, where she specialized in Marketing. Coming from a family of entrepreneurs, Shannon has an extensive entrepreneurial background.

After being in her third year of operations, she saw a huge gap in the market for a different approach to business solutions in Southern Alberta. After the Pandemic, Shannon noticed a significant need that companies were seeking assistance with grants & fund development, operations management, and finding a way to realign with the changes in the market. This was when SB Consulting decided to realign her services to fit the needs of Southern Alberta. In 2019, Offering Market Research & Reporting and now adding to her services – Strategic Development & Design, and Grant Writing & Fund Development.
