About WCT's Diversity Xchange

One of the best ways to chart a course for a successful DE&I transformation is to learn from other employers’ experiences and successes. With this peer-to-peer focus in mind, WCT (Women in Communications and Technology) has created a series of webinars that explore best practices in DE&I for Alberta employers, featuring Alberta employers.

This event is the first in an eight-part series will cover all the aspects of organizational behaviour (such as recruiting, compensation, performance and governance) that impact diversity. The series is a great way for small and large organizations to acquaint themselves with what works and what doesn’t in DE&I.
