The Executive Director Network was formed in 2010 as a way for Executive Directors to connect, share ideas, innovations and concerns that are common to all of us. We all have confidential, job specific information that we must of course keep private, but there are also areas of common interest that we can share and learn from one another. Eligibility for participation includes that the individual is an Executive Director (or equivalent) of a not-for-profit, is in full time employment, employs staff and reports to a Board of Directors. Areas of focus include governance, changes to legislation and regulations, rising costs, insurance and audits, human resource issues, technology and innovation and other emerging issues or concerns.
Frequency of meetings is quarterly
